Ford Motor Company (FMC) has a long established history of deliberately manufacturing Defective Products. They are greedy and only want your money no matter how they have to collect it. Even if it means killing people. Is it a new kind of Murderers For Hire? You Decide!
Ford Motor Company frequently advertises 100 % or Total Customer Satisfaction before 7-31-2006. Yet, they do not stand behind their advertised promises.
I was a customer of Ford Motor Company. I purchased an F 350, Truck with the 6.0 Liter Power Stroke Diesel and it did not run more than a week before it started having problems. Every time I carried it to a Ford Motor Company dealership for warranty service, they either could not find the problem, or the dealership's computer said there was a problem and the Ford Motor Company HQ computer said no there was not and would not authorize replacement/repairs at warranty covered costs. Yet, even the dealership employees said it was a bad vehicle.
Mileage was around 3 miles per gallon. They replaced some things which caused the mileage to temporarily increase to around 8 to 11 mpg for a short period of time. They would not give me the old parts for me to look at. It started running hot and they replaced some parts but again refused to let me see what they replaced.
Ford Motor Company's buy back program is another false promise. I tried to get the vehicle bought back by Ford Motor Company but they refused to do such; See Lawsuit links on right side.
When they heard I might hire a lawyer, they wanted me to bring the truck back in so a corporate engineer could look at it.
But that was two days after I had just got it back from a 12-day stay in their dealership shop, which the warranty service was suppose to be under a Corporate Engineer's Supervision. No, they really wanted me to bring the truck in so they could prevent me from having the truck as evidence of their intentional and deliberate manufacturing of a defective product. Matter of fact, the parts are designed in Research and Development so as to wear out just after the warranty runs out. This is so parts sales will increase. But what happens when the so-called well researched and engineered parts wear out sooner than expected and cause a major accident killing several people? Ford Motor Company usually pays out the lawsuit so to keep the documents well hidden from public view. See Exhibits in the Lawsuit link on right side of page.
This is proven by the other facts that in most lawsuits which go to trial, Ford Motor Company will quickly go for a secret settlement before the jury verdict comes back. This "Secret Settlement", also called a Mutually Agreed Consent Order, mandates the Plaintiff's (customer who was injured or survivors of those killed) not to disclose any details of the settlement and that all documents obtain through Pretrial Discovery be sent back to Ford Motor Company, so the facts of deliberate product fraud can be well hidden from the public. Ford always demands its papers back in settlement so the documents cannot be seen by the public.
Hey, has anyone looked up the criminal laws on conspiracy to murder for money? Isn't that when a company deliberately manufactures a knowingly defective product for greed and the product kills someone? Regardless of whether the part is in-warranty or out of warranty!
How many innocent children have become victims of Ford's Greedy Deflective Products? Not just the ones killed, but the ones who have been left orphans by their parents being killed by Ford Motor Company vehicles? Rollovers, Exploding Gas Tanks, Broken Steering, Failed Brakes, Electrical Fires, Doors that Close or Open without warning; How many more categories can be listed over how many years of FMC's Deliberately Endangering American People?
Have you ever wondered why Ford Motor Company wants all of its complaints to go to the Better Business Bureau? Does Ford Motor Company have any influence over who is hired at BBB? Has Ford Motor Company donated or paid for any equipment at BBB? Have you researched the Lemon Laws to see whether or not Ford Motor Company donated any money to the elected officials who wrote the Lemon Laws in Federal and State locations? Why are there so many loop holes in the Lemon Laws that Ford Motor Company can jump through to save them from compliance? Such as- weight limits or commercial use of vehicle. Hey, if the vehicle is defective it doesn't matter who gets hurt, just that the company intentionally manufactured a defective product. We're talking about a motor vehicle intentionally, deliberately and with outrageous conduct, knowingly manufactured with parts designed to break at a certain point in time. Designed to break so people will have to buy more parts. For the money!
No attention was given that when the part fails as designed, innocent people could very likely be killed in the process! A sure thing if the vehicle is moving at a high rate of speed on an interstate highway; or how about if the interstate highway is near a school ground and the Ford vehicle fails, hits another vehicle which goes off road into the school yard full of kids during a recess? And what if the other vehicle is a tank truck, or a school bus full of kids? Then what is the death toll from Ford's Designed-to-Fail parts?
